1. Website Access and Use

1.1 Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial use only.

1.2 User Conduct
You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. Don’t do anything that messes with the site’s functionality, violates any laws, or infringes on anyone else’s rights.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

2.2 Order Accuracy
You’re responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. If your info’s wrong, we’re not liable for delays or misdeliveries.

2.3 Payment
We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. By entering your payment details, you authorise us to charge the full order amount to your nominated payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery Area
We currently only deliver within Metropolitan Adelaide and nearby suburbs.

3.2 Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery. Local pick-up from Fulham Gardens is also available.

3.3 Delivery Days
Deliveries are made every Wednesday. Orders must be placed before 11:59pm Sunday to be included in that week’s delivery cycle.

3.4 Delivery Procedure
If no one is available to accept delivery, our driver will leave your order in the safest spot they can find. We don’t offer post office drop-offs. Once your order has been delivered to the nominated address, we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after drop-off.

4. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

4.1 Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

4.2 Quality Concerns
If something’s not right with your order (e.g. incorrect, damaged, or spoiled goods), contact us as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund or credit where appropriate.

4.3 Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we may offer to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
